The Board of Directors of the non-profit organisation has decided to assign the project of renovation and development of the building located at 33 Avenue de la Porte de Hal to the architects’ office MODUL XL, represented by Denis Toussaint and Hélène Crispin, in collaboration with Olivia Gustot.

The Board has also decided to hire a consulting firm so as to be advised in the choice of a contractor and have the building site monitored on a daily basis. The Building Management Office, represented by Eric Gerard and Jean-François Powerful Bayens, has been chosen to that end.
|
|
After obtaining the planning permission in August 2003, a call for tender was launched to several contractors to carry out the renovation work for which the company Travaux Immobiliers Bruxellois (TIB) has been chosen.

The house has 11 rooms that can each accommodate two people.
|
